Maven Logix is looking for an experienced Web Developer having experience with custom PHP development and frameworks; Laravel, Code Igniter, Yii and open source solutions based on PHP. The ideal candidate must be proficient in JavaScript including AJAX, JSON and jQuery and possess necessary know-how with front end development processes.

Requirements

Sufficient experience with customization of E-Commerce solutions; WooCommerce, Shopity, OpenCart and Magento.
3rd party API integration, including; Gmail, Google Calendar, Office 365, Facebook, Twitter
Database creation, integration, and management e.g. MySQL, SQLite and Oracle

Responsibilities

Creating database schema that represent and support business processes
Experience with oAuth, especially oAuth2
Provision of clean code for functional application
WordPress theme/plugin (design/development/customization) from scratch
Experience working with JSON and XML data
Experience working with AWS is a Plus
Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic
Setup and administration of backups
Data migration, transformation, and scripting
Outputting data in different formats
Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
Solid software design and architecture skills
