• Execute sales and grow the business by ensuring market access, customer focus and demand creation within the assigned region
  • Responsible for all commercial business activities within the assigned region including negotiating contracts, prices and any follow-up agreements
  • Focus on customers, key retail accounts to ensure market access and business opportunities within the region
  • Ensure implementation of a marketing plan to confirm a long-term product/brand strategy.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to ensure demand generation and to build farmer relationships
  • Train and motivate the sales force by providing sales support (product info, sales & marketing tactics)
  • Develop/Overseas new and current distribution so that every good prospect in the target area gets called on keeping in view the number and quality.
  • Ensure the implementation of all pricing, promotional product strategies and tactics through his team
