An excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing US based accounting firm, Maya & Associates’ BPO Division located in Karachi, Pakistan. We're looking for a self-starter individual with strong people skills who has flexibility in their schedule to be able to work on US hours around deadlines. Duties include managing HR department, employee relations, assistance with hiring and onboarding employees, maintain HR systems, processing of payroll and benefits management.
Qualifications: • 5 + years of experience in an HR department of a multi-national firm.
• Ability to properly manage complicated employee issues.
• The ability to work towards deadlines and in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of US and Pakistan labor laws
• An MBA with an HR Certification is preferred
Salary will be determined based on experience and qualification.
