We are looking for a civil project manager who will be responsible for the planning, implementation and completion of our projects.

  • Independently manage highrise projects from inception to completion.
  • Management and management of the project team and performance of subcontractors.
  • View the project in depth, plan deliverables, and estimate costs.
  • Cooperation with consultants, subcontractors, and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors.
  • Providing technical advice and troubleshooting onsite with best engineering practices.
  • Maintaining all documents related to an onsite inspection by the supervising authorities and ensuring that onsite inspections are carried out at all stages in accordance with LAWS and regulations.
  • Work with engineers, architects, etc. to determine project specifications
  • Obtain permits and licenses from relevant authorities
  • Determine required resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with respect to budget constraints
  • Procure equipment and materials and track inventory to address shortages in a timely manner.
  • BSc/MSc (Civil Engineering)
  • 10 or more years of experience as a construction project manager,
