Recruitment & Selection

Source the candidates based on approved manpower plan on continues bases.
Ensure candidates are shortlisted as per the Job requirement.
Prepare Induction schedule for new recruits and enable them to understand the Organization & adapt quickly in their jobs.

HR Training and Development

Implement training policy, system and process effectively in the unit.
Ensure training is conducted as per the calendar with 100% participation
Review training needs for individuals to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.

HR Compliance

Ensure HR policies fall within the company HR Policy.

Employee Engagement & Communication:

Provide the necessary learning and development opportunities and to organize skill development programs for the growth of the employees
Inculcate qualities like team work, motivation, involvement, cooperation and positive energy through various employee engagement activities to boost productivity
Ensure employee engagement activities are communicated in advance for employees’ full participation.
As a HR Manager, you will be strategize and implement a viable plan to create and maintain an energetic and professional work environment.

MBR Properties is a Lahore-based real estate firm. We broker property transections for Lahore based property projects as well we international properties, in Dubai, London, and Istanbul. With an intention to maintain the floor full with the sales team(s), you are expected to source, shortlist and hire the manpower on regular basis.
