Job Requirements:
- Have a proven & successful track record.
- Cold calling clients and pitching them the projects.
- Increase business by following up on potential leads.
- Maintain and update the statuses of leads via CRM.
- Building strong customer relationship to promote future business.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Developing sale opportunities and marketing strategies to achieve target sales.
- Self-motivated to earn substantial commissions.
- Online social media marketing is a plus.
