Job Duties:
Interface between clients and Account Management (AM) team to accurately capture requirements and align scope of work.
Interpret client data and information with a study approach to formulate search queries using available research tools that deliver accurate prospects in the client market.
Project Manage end-to-end MR service delivery on client accounts
Exhibit analytical and MR techniques knowledge and use in MR studies to understand exactly who the client wants to reach out.
Continuous focus on identifying how the current MR results are progressing in the later stages of the lead gen process and what segments and variations are turning in results. Identify reasons why research did or did not work to recreate better search queries.
Coordinate with AM and Ops team to diagnose stagnant MR research and propose solutions that enable better performing and more accurate results.
Display commitment to high quality and timely research while effectively managing resources for timely and quality production.
Ensure proper and structured Quality Control through checks on individual and team output.
Develop and execute customer opinion studies and quantitative and qualitative market research studies and augment into new researches to generate better lead gen results
- The MR team runs in two different shifts.
- Other than ensuring availability to take all client calls from the office, the MR Manager has a flexible 9 hour work shift that can be balanced such that both teams are being managed to perform and are being held accountable.

Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated experience in Data Analytics/Data Research or related field
Knowledge of online Market research tools: zoominfo, Upleads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Knowledge of at least one or more CRMs: Zoho Preferred
Adequate knowledge of data collection methods and segmentation
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Deep knowledge of data warehousing, and mining
Strong communication and presentational skills
Demonstrated team management and training skills.
Technical Requirements:
Advanced skill set in MS Excel is a must -application of formulae, advanced filters, conditional formatting, macros and tools.
Next level skill-set in data organization and representation.
Must be tech-savvy and hands on utilizing various MR tools and platforms.
Should have strong knowledge and understanding of boolean searches, data scraping and utilization of research filters.
