Customer Support Representative (Patient)

We are looking for female candidates with excellent English communication skills for our patient scheduling department. The job requires good spoken English as you will be communicating with US based patients over the phone.

Requirements :

Minimum bachelors in any domain with excellent English communication (preferably North American accent)
Hands on in MS Office
2 to 3 years hands on experience of customer support
Available to work in US working hours
