Med Lab Services is looking for an experienced account officer. The successful candidate will have great communications skills and a strong quantitative background, along with a proven track record of successfully handling accounts. Ideal candidate should have knowledge of basic accounting functions. We also value those who are ready to learn and adapt with a fast-paced work environment. Those looking for a long-term relationship will be given priority during the selection process. The candidate should be able to perform the following tasks.

Management of Account Receivable / Account Payable and its regular reconciliations.
Assistance in preparation of management reports for the management.
Preparing bank reconciliations and daily cash reports.
Handling all matters related to Cash and Checking Accounts.
Handling Bank deposits/ filing.
Petty cash checking & reconciliation
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Check invoices for inaccuracies
Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
Handle general account queries
Contact clients about invoices that are past due
Using account software to maintain the accounts
