- To create operational media & distribution strategy based upon recommendations of management.
- To build and maintain schedules, and determine workload allocations for all parties to the tasks undertaken.
- To manage media budgets along with implementing the authorized plans, media payments and relevant expenditure
- To identify improvement opportunities or changes to current initiatives and recommend appropriate actions
- To guide staff engaged in media production and relevant functions to ensure that the production goals are met
- To compile third party sources on market research information and analyze media research as well as translate it into strategy.
- To look after the affairs of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce functions.
- To exert & strategize for Performance Marketing and supervise to shape-up the daily inputs as per emerging situations/trends online for every ongoing and up-coming campaign/communication.
- To establish & monitor performance benchmarks and media cost with agencies.
- To supervise media marketplace to remain update on latest media trends.
- To ensure the secrecy of the valued information.
