  • Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
  • Oversee quality control and final production of content across various social media platforms
  • Review and approve deliverables from the Creative team to ensure compliance with brand, visual identity, social media trends and legal guidelines
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data and help the team create best creative work possible
  • Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
  • Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines and budgets
  • Meet with clients or upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions
  • Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
  • Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff
  • Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team
  • Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
