Medical Laser Systems is looking for 10 driven sellers to the SME department.

About the company

Medical Laser Systems is the sole distributor for a Fat reduction and cellulite removal medical device coming for Pakistan.

The device is manufactured in the United States with a worldwide patents it operates through a groundbreaking cold laser technology.

A typical customer can increase their bookings in the range of 40% and see a 2-5 times revenue increase on the medical device alone.

We have identified the following features that are crucial to fit our team:

1. Coachable - The ability to learn and apply new information.

2. Curiosity. - A seller must be genuinely curious about the customer, the customer's business and the customer's challenges.

3. Historically great performance - either as a seller, in sports, competitions, high-level education or the like, show a sharpness beyond most.

4. Intelligence - A sales person must be able to learn new complex concepts quickly and be able to explain them easily for everyone to understand.

5. Work discipline - A sales person must proactively work to achieve the company's vision by maintaining a high energy level and daily activity.

Duties

As a seller, your main task will be to process both existing and new potential customers. Through outreach sales and personal visits, you will create, care and develop long-term and profitable customer relations. Pre-processing and post-processing may occur.

This type of sales is complex when it comes to medical devices and services, you will learn everything from us.

In the role of sales person, an important part of the work will be to handle a lot of customer contacts. It is important that you can run and manage most of the ongoing projects simultaneously. You will also have both profit and budget responsibilities in the projects you are running. The work involves a high pace, where the goal is always to drive processes towards completion.

Being a sales person means that you in the customer processes are good at creating trust. You are also used to doing customer analyzes to ensure that customers' unique needs are met. As a sales person, you should be used to working with customers of different ethnic / cultural backgrounds and we highly appreciate this kind of social understanding!

Desired Qualifications

Relevant education background is at least one upper secondary education preferably you should have read the technology / IT / nature program / university education. If you have not worked beforehand but agree on other terms, we would like to call you for an interview! Have you attended sports, school competitions, competitions and belonged to the 10% highest performers you are a very interesting candidate. Furthermore, if you have sales or experience before, this is very interesting, preferably we would like it to have been with complex sales. Can you demonstrate a high understanding of complex sales, you are highly interesting candidate.

Duration / Work

Full-time

Working hours: 9-17 Monday to Saturday, Fixed base salary 25000-30 000 rupies depending on how well you meet our above criterias and previous experience. Direct commission of 50 000 rupees upon deal fulfillment.
