Sales Executive

We are looking for 1 individual for this role at present who can work under the supervision of the sales & marketing manager. We require a proactive individual who can develop business by working with key healthcare institutions and retail outlets in Karachi.

While we are launched under the umbrella of existing businesses, we are a new company. The individual should have an appreciation of this fact, and accept that the job requires flexibility and that the description will evolve with time. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who hold an entrepreneurial mindset, and are willing to go the extra mile to build something virtually from scratch. The ideal candidate will harbor a strong interest in medical technology. He/She will be excited at the prospect of digital interventions to improve patient lives.

The job pre-requisites are as follows:

a. 5+ years of experience in the medical device industry in Pakistan

b. BSc/MSc in pharmacy, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, medical physics, biophysics, or medical laboratory technology

c. Good communication skills, inner drive, self-accountability, and a strong belief in the power of teamwork

The job description is as follows:

d. Product promotion and education by working with healthcare providers

e. Mutually determining sales targets and working proactively to achieve them

f. Working with existing institutions, and identifying new institutions to activate

g. Actively developing a relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (doctors, purchase committee members, and other stakeholders)

h. Organizing Below-the-Line marketing activities such as day camps, educational seminars, CMEs etc.

i. Coordinating order processing and fulfillment, and have a full grasp of logistical aspects of a sales cycle, from sending a quotation, receiving an order, fulfilling the order, and ensuring recoveries against the order

Our wearable and home health monitoring medical automate and streamline the recording of critical data, relieving the patient of the burden of manually recording data over and over again. We provide devices and the backend infrastructure for the collection, storage and transmission of data through one centralized place.
