Software Engineer

We are looking for 1 individual for this role at present who can work work alongside the Product Manager and company director. We require a proactive individual who can develop business by relying on online product delivery channels and ensuring a smooth user experience for customers relying on Medworks. A keen understanding of SEO/SEM/SMO will be a strong plus. The individual will be responsible for the mobile development of Medworks webstore, and further customizations and upgradations of the mobile and web applications.

While we are launched under the umbrella of existing businesses, we are a new company. The individual should have an appreciation of this fact, and accept that the job requires flexibility and that the description will evolve with time. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who hold an entrepreneurial mindset, and are willing to go the extra mile to build something virtually from scratch. The ideal candidate will harbor a strong interest in medical technology. He/She will be excited at the prospect of digital interventions to improve patient lives.The job pre-requisites are as follows:

PHP, MySQL, jQuery, CSS, Angular/Node.JS, .NET, Android
Joomla, Magento
Strong communication skills

The job description is as follows:

Develop and manage operations of Medworks shopping cart (Magento), ensuring smooth functioning of online sales channel through website and mobile application
Integrate payment gateways and APIs with logistics companies and other companies
Continuous management and functionality improvement of web and mobile application
Database queries
Managing operations of web store, ensuring order fulfillment
Work with SEO/SEM/SMO individual to drive traffic and company growth
