The Product & Operations Lead will plan and oversee the organization's daily operations to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsible for growth and sales across all channels
Responsible for delivering company operations with the relevant KPIs (growth KPIs, Revenue, fulfilment, customer satisfaction)
Plans and organizes daily activities related to operations and has a sense of monthly and longer term planning
Partner management to drive priorities and outcomes
Entrepreneurial mindset to push on priorities for the firm
Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
Coordinates with team members to drive excellence in all the operations KPIs

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Manages hires and trains new employees
Organizes and oversees the delivery and priorities of assigned staff
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive

Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set goals.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

Must-Have Bachelor’s degree (from a Tier 1 University) preferred in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field required; M.B.A. preferred.
3 to 5 years of related experience required.
