• To perform front desk administrative duties and offer good customer care services to both internal and external clients and provide general help desk services.
• To answer telephone calls in a professional manner at all times.
• To implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems.
• To handle correspondence of a confidential nature and ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
• To liaison with staff, suppliers and clients.
• To maintain Log Books related to courier and Admin.
• To deliver internal mail and personal documents services.
• To maintain his/her attendance and stay available all the time.
• To maintain HR and Attendance Sheet.
• To participate in organizing office ceremonies and events.
• To supervise and appraise subordinate staff for maintaining office.
• To perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
