We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with excellent communication and organizing skills and a sound on knowledge on IT equipment(Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Servers, Network etc)

Main responsibilities:

Co-ordinate the activities of the Technical Support team to ensure an effective support service for all MEGAPLUS Customers.
Escalate all service issues to the Technical Support Manager.
Work collaboratively with other members of the Technical Services team to develop and deliver long-term solutions to meet user needs.
Participate in training and team development activities to update skills and knowledge.
