1. Assist ot CEO in day-to-day office management working by composing correspondence, typing & doucments, and reports & to maintain record of all correspondence & Ensure confidentiality of information handled.
2. Setup & coordinate Deparmtental coordinationn meetings and session. Ensuring that the Management is well-prepared ofr the meeting.
3. Assit to CEO t oCore team in routine matters and Provide professional effective administratie support.
4. Interaction coordination with both internal and external management group, departments & interfaces.
5. Liason with internal & external affairs & meet and greet vendors, visitors and provide mazimum information regarding their concerned & cases
.6. Access to the BOSS when the Boss is away and screening telephone callsm enquiries, requestd & handling appropriately.
7. preparation of multiple schedules for CEO.
8. Followup/ Collection of information of all pending issues/tasks of all other deparmtental and report to CEO
.9. Assist in day-to-day operations/function i.e, confirmation/arrangements for meetings, workshops, seminars, trainings, assignment and conferneces and liaise with different plants/scetions/projects and when required for facilitation and follow-up.
10. To assist in conduction of multiple Departmental Meetings / tasks and Prepare Agendas & MOMs and circulating to all members, participants & concerned departments to ensure the timely Implelemtation/rectification of actions & assignemnts and their feedback.
