Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to source, recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for
  • open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Responsible to keep track of time to hire and make sure SLAs are meet on time.
  • Responsible to actively participate in HR capacity planning of resources and hire resource as per TAT.
  • Responsible to conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Responsible to take care of new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Responsible to performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale, company events; all hands meetings arrangements, and training and development.
  • Responsible to handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Responsible to attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Responsible to keep track of employee happiness score.
  • Responsible to maintain data analytics of employee’s key pulse points.
  • Maintain and update employee profiles on ERP.
  • Generate and prepare monthly payroll on ERP and make necessary amendments manually as and when required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
