Job Objective:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as Online Bidder. The successful candidate will be responsible for bidding on freelance projects on various online platforms, including Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr & People per Hour to secure new business for the company.

Responsibilities:

Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions.
Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients' requirements.
Generate business through online portals.
Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget
Bidding on Freelance, Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelance portals daily to acquire projects and convert those projects into long-term sales.
Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client and closure.
Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client.

Requirements:

A proven record with working experience of a minimum of 1-2 years on different bidding portals i.e., Upwork, freelancer, and others.
Must have achieved cumulative target in between 3000$ to 5000$
Experience with interacting with clients in US/ UK / Canada/ Australia.
Must have proven track record of successful business development
Candidates with experience in software house and sales will be preferred.
Good English fluency is a must.
Must be willing to work night shifts.

Job Type: Morning Shift (9 pm - 5 pm)
