Responsible for purchase planning and budgeting as per the organizational needs well ahead to ensure smooth operations of the organization.
Develop multiple vendors for regular items to ensure quality and cost-effective purchases at all times.
Develop policies and procedures for vendor selection and ensure reliable vendors are selected for LACAS School Network.
Responsible to negotiate and manage contract terms with vendors to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders.
Timely communication with stakeholders regarding the impact of market changes and potential effects on supplies. Recommend solutions without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost.
Procurement experience in the Construction, Civil Works and Buildout
