Brief Job Description of MELB Services:-

The primary responsibility is to meet high standards of external and internal customer service by ensuring process standardization, timely service, inculcation of customer-centric culture and strong operational controls in accordance with the high standards of service quality of the bank. MELB Services are to provide tuition services of all subjects from primary to 2nd year high school level. Also responsible to cross sell various products offered by MELB. Interact with customers at the branch entrance / inquiring on their purpose of visit and guide them to the relevant desk accordingly for efficient service provision.Resolve/reply to queries of the customers, maintain the customer complaints log book, continuous follow-ups and re-directing the customer to the concerned department for resolution of their queries to ensure the customer leaves the branch satisfied.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria will be based on below-mentioned areas/points:· Bachelors degree students will be eligible to apply in the following disciplines. Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration.· Age should not exceed 27 Years as of 31st March, 2019.

It has been started on 11th January 2019 by Khushal Khattak.. The Managing Director and CEO of the company is Mr Khushal Khattak who has studied Masters in International Management from Berlin, Germany. Our HR Manager is Mr Abdullah Afridi. Our coaching classes are from primary level uptill Masters level. We provide consultancy to students who are willing to go to Australia, Germany, UK, Canada and USA for study or work.
