Job Qualification:

B.Sc./M.Sc. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
Keen to work in open source community
Quick learning skills
Knowledge of operating system and computer architecture
Linux kernel building and booting knowledge is preferred
Building open source package is preferred

Job Description:

Candidate will be working:

in agile model
on Mentor Embedded Linux Flex OS
in (open source) Yocto Project

The main responsibilities include:

Integrating Linux BSPs
Creating recipes for building open source packages to bring in file system for a BSP
Configuring the packages in different ways
Verifying the final BSP and providing its support and maintenance
Reviewing the documentation that will be released with the MEL BSP
