Will work under guidance and supervision of Ticketing SM/Supervisor of stations.
Handle day to day assignment related to reservation & ticketing.
Develop good relationship with colleagues, passengers and travel agents.
Keep all correspondence/business matters related to our business strictly confidential.
Preparation of itinerary, fare calculation according to the rules.
Be aware of latest rules and instructions issued by various airlines from time to time.
Should be well conversant with policies of government for passengers traveling by air.
Promote our sales with efforts and conduct.
Performa any other official task assigned by SM/Supervisor.

Criteria:

Minimum graduate in any discipline, Master’s Preferred
Airline related experience (GDS/RM/fares/rules/understanding of IATA regulations etc.)
Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
Understanding of aviation industry especially in Pakistan
Communication and interpersonal skills.

The position requires good communication and customer service skills, Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team.
