Assist all queries of agents while SPO’s are on sales.
Attending queries for walk-in agents.
Groups follow up.
Group assistance to agents.
Issues occurring relating to generation of flydubai debit ID.
EOD group report chart on excel sheet on daily basis.
Excel template for group follow up, SPO’s visit.
OKTB: After verification of the entire required document, Issuance of OKTB stamp for tickets issued by agents from flydubai ID for Iraq and FIT passengers by IATA or Non-IATA agents without any charge. (Policy procedure and person still to be defined)
Managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
Follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
Managing all the sales related activity of the Sales Team
Coordinate the sales team by managing their schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Any other task assigned by the management.

Criteria:

Minimum graduate in any discipline, Master’s Preferred
Airline related experience (GDS/RM/fares/rules/understanding of IATA regulations etc.)
Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
Understanding of aviation industry especially in Pakistan
Communication and interpersonal skills.

The position requires good communication and customer service skills, Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team.
