Main accountabilities include:

HR Operations

  • Overall responsible for monitoring & overseeing smooth HR Operations such as Payroll, Exit Management, HRIS, Leaves & Grievance Management etc across all M-RAS regional offices through HR team.
  • Ensuring minimum involvement in the day-to-day operations by empowering the team and monitoring the results.
  • Ensuring that payroll is processed timely in coordination with Finance, as well as monitoring the upper budget cap of monthly payroll.
  • Facilitating regional HR Business Partners and providing them with SOPs to execute HR operations in a timely and effective manner.

OD Initiatives across Organization

  • Part of the team to design, implement, roll-out and monitor / evaluate the OD initiatives across Organization.
  • The key OD initiatives are PMS through TimeTrax, Rewards & Recognition Framework, Promotion Policy, Employee Engagement, Communication, Identification of critical positions and their successors etc.

People Integration with Menzies-RAS

  • An integral part of Integration team with Menzies in HR domain. The key areas include HR Audit, Re-designing of HR Policies, Alignment of Job Descriptions as per Menzies requirements, behavioural trainings, etc.

HRIS Overall Implementation / Support

  • Maintaining data sanctity and continuous updation of data in the system as per requirements. Queries from Regional HR regarding issues in HRIS and providing them solutions.
  • Execution of all policy directives and instructions in respect of operations of M-RAS across Pakistan.
  • Providing support / recommendations to Management as per requirements backed by data to resolve a particular issue.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 05 years Management experience in relevant HR domain.
  • To be able to handle the HR matters effectively.
  • Immediate support. Able to influence, engage and motivate at all levels.
  • Flexible, determined to succeed and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of Aviation operations, the airline industry, ground-handling market, and applicable airline regulatory standards is preferred.
