To assist in all logistics and admin related activities at allocated health facilities level.
To assist in timely supplies of medical/non-medical items at facility level.
To assist in proper record monitoring of fuel, log books, maintenance of ambulances.
To assist in setting up offices for MERF staff at facility level.
To support in minor renovation & repair work at health facility level.
To ensure the timely general item supplies and stationary.
Proper coordination with Health manager and Logistics officer to improve facilities.
To provide support in assets and inventory management of stock at health facility level.
To handle petty cash/float on health facility level.
To facilitate and support in procurements and fleet on health facility level.
Day to day reports to line manager on regular basis.
Any other task/s assigned by line manager.
