We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage vouchers, invoices, and purchase orders and accordingly process payments
Perform bank reconciliation and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure data integrity
Monitor projects and expenses with budgets and prepare reports over it
Maintain accurate fixed assets register and spare parts records

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of spare parts inventory management is a plus.
