Muse is looking for self-motivated individuals who are looking to build a successful sales management career. The right candidate will have the ability to build a rapport with customers and motivate them to buy our products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and grow meaningful client relationships.

• Gain an extensive knowledge of our capabilities.

• Taking transfers, following up with customers, closing sales.

• Present solutions to prospects and clients.

• Close new sales.

• Search new customers and bring business for the company.

• Sales and after sales responsibility.

• Negotiation and facilitation of the product and services.

• Drive sales through targeted customer base, outbound leads, and referred business.

• Assist in growing business from existing / maintaining relationships, existing clients or past prospects.

• Qualify and closing prospective clients that fit our company focus.

• Accurately recording information, details of correspondence and sales activities.

• Conduct a professional client needs (impact) analysis that will lead to a result driven proposal.

• Assist with agency product development and pricing as needed.

• Attend team sales meetings.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1+ years of international sales experience in dealing with Native English-speaking clients (US, Canada, UK, Australia, etc.).

• Understands full sales life cycle and pitch to clients.

• Must possess flawless telephone manners, excellent command over written and spoken English.

• Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
