In pursuit to expand more we require experienced, energetic & self-motivated Technical Sales Executive for Punjab, KPK & Sindh.
The selected candidate will report to senior management and will have following responsibilities:
Generate sales opportunities & convert them to sales.
Manage marketing & branding activities.
Customer relationship management.
Explore new market segments.
Further consolidate an established & well respected ‘Metallogen' brand in industry.

Practical Skills Required:

Candidate must know the region relevant very well and can travel extensively.
Candidate must have knowledge of B2B sales.

Specialized Knowledge Required:

Welding knowledge will be a plus.
Know how about the regional languages is a plus.

Other Special Requirements from the requesting Person:

Karachi based Salesperson, which will cover all Sindh Sugar industries through visits.
Lahore or central Punjab based Salesperson, which will cover all Punjab and KPK miscellaneous industries through visits.
Candidate must be able travel extensively.
Preferred but not essential to have own conveyance for travelling.

The successful candidate will exhibit following attributes:

Honest, hardworking, intelligent and hungry for success with a 'can do attitude'.
Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
Ability to sales resources at best use & work in a team.
Ability to generate sales leads and maintain relationships with clients.
Keen to learn new technologies.
Aged between 25 to 35.

Experience:

Preferable but not essential to have 1-2 year(s)-experience of industrial sales & marketing,

Education:

BA (with matric in Sc.) or DAE or BSc from well reputed Institute.

The history of company is correlated with Metallogen GmbH , which was established in early 1950s. The company was reputed as one of the most trusted stick electrodes manufacturer. Jawwad & Waqqas (Pvt.) Ltd. bought Metallogen Gmbh on May 19, 2003. This included special stick electrodes manufacturing line, laboratory equipment & technical know how to manufacture complete range of Metallogen brand products. Special Stick Welding Electrodes manufacturing line was dismantled from Germany , moved and installed in Pakistan . The manufacturing unit started operations in November 2003. Since then the company has grown tremendously with a market share exceeding 70% and its products being used in major industrial sectors. Incorporation of this industry has resulted in availability of low cost maintenance solutions for major industrial applications. Our research and development efforts are facilitated by the same German scientists who worked with Metallogen GmbH. Our close interaction with them keeps us at pace with meeting new challenges whether it's about developing a new product or improving stichiometry of an existing alloy. Regular quarterly visits of German consultants ensure that we meet or even exceed quality standards laid by Metallogen GmbH. Strict quality assurance procedures are observed during all the phases of stick electrode manufacturing life cycle. Besides standard quality assurance practices raw materials are imported only from ISO certified European sources, which originally sourced Metallogen GmbH.
