Job Overview:

We are an international chain of salons and are looking for a talented and experienced Female Salon Manager to oversee our salon operations in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the salon, supervising salon staff, and ensuring that our customers have a pleasant and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the salon operations, including customer service, staff management, and inventory control.
Hire, train, and supervise salon staff, including stylists, assistants, and receptionists.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the salon and increase customer traffic.
Ensure that the salon is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Monitor and analyze salon performance metrics, such as revenue, expenses, and customer feedback, and take corrective action as needed.
Maintain inventory of salon supplies, products, and equipment, and order new supplies as needed.
Handle customer complaints and ensure that customer concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately.
Manage payroll and scheduling for salon staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in salon management or a related field.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and salon management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Familiarity with salon services and products.
