We are seeking a qualified Mechanical AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team. The candidate should possess excellent Mechanical Design/Drafting skills and would work under the direct supervision of Engineers. Responsibilities & Skills: · Full command of AutoCAD software. Expertise in working drawings, submission drawings, structure knowledge, and construction documents. Perform changes, additions, and/or revisions to drawings as required. Work from existing maps or sketches to prepare plan set drawings such as site plans, existing conditions plans, details, corrections to drawings, etc. Review drawings for accuracy and consistency.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for the design and creation of site plans, architectural, structural, and utility plans for steel structural and process piping networks as well as overground and underground steel tanks, The Senior CAD Designer will be required to establish and maintain project schedules and meet deadlines for multiple drafting projects. Including Shop Drawings, As-built Drawings.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ability to produce 2D and 3D professional engineering drawings related to Multi-National Paint Factory.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Stay up-to-date on all issues, updates, and progress of all projects related activities.
Maintain CAD drafting project schedules.

Desired Skill & Expertise

5 Year Associates Degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Architectural AutoCAD or equivalent degree.
At least 5 years of experience as a CAD Designer for Powerplant/Process Industries/Fuel Tanks Farms/ Depot.
5 years of experience in Fit-out shop drawings
Ability to communicate effectively with Management.
Must be self-motivated and have a strong drive for results.
Thoroughly understanding CAD programs
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Leadership abilities and Detail Orientated
Communication skills
Civil design and some construction /design-related work experience are preferred, but not required.
