Candidate should fulfil the following stated requirements.

Good Typing speed and Advanced MS Office, specifically Excel and Word are essential for the role.
Graduated from top universities.
Minimum three to five years of same designation or related job experience.
Should possess excellent verbal, written and negotiating skills, be highly organized, and have strong analytical, financial and interpersonal skills.
Good in calculation and know to calculate price for different customers based on their pricing contracts.
Responsible for calculating billable items, generating and processing 70 to 100 invoices daily, along with attachment of supporting documents (Proof of Delivery) in software.
Should be sound enough to complete his assigned task with accuracy within the deadlines.
Enter and submit invoices into online softwares timely on daily basis.
Reconcile billing inconsistencies or issues as necessary in order to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances. Enter any change orders into system and process credit memos.
Participate in finance and operations team meetings to ensure streamlined workflow and enhancement of operational processes.
Ensure to work on special projects as needed.
He must be a team player.
Flexible to work in rotating shifts.
This position requires a combination of skills, experience and education.
