Job Responsibilities:
- Record all Financial Transactions in Odoo ERP
- Reconciliation of Bank Statements on a weekly basis
- Assist in preparation of trial balances and financial statements
- Petty cash handling
- Moderate knowledge of tax fillings and returns
- Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts reconciling variances; inputting data.
- Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
- Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
- Handles Inventory Module in Odoo ERP
Job Requirements
- ACCA, CA or Masters from a reputable university is preferred
- Must have Excel and ERP experiences
- Must be willing to relocate on-site
- Must be a supporter of a positive work culture
