Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the senior management to forecast hiring needs
Write and post technical job descriptions
Source potential candidates on niche platforms
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work -
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products Requirements:
Ideally CS/IT/Software Engineering/Business & IT/Business Administration degree holders
2-3 years' experience as a Technical recruiter.
Must be able to make high volume of calls in order to convince the passive candidates to explore the opportunities arisen in Nextbridge.
Pleasant personality with excellent telephone etiquette
Ability to convince and negotiate with candidates in a professional manner
Must be able to work under stress.
