Mi-C3 is in the market for an enthusiastic and motivated QA Engineer (Tester) who possess strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills and ability to learn fast. You will be part of the international team working in an agile environment responsible for functional and nonfunctional testing of developed application. It also includes preparing test cases according technical and non-technical documentation of application, performing tests, reporting defects, creation and maintenance of automated tests. This position is based in Lahore - Pakistan on a full time basis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirement and design specifications review
Writing Test Cases based on data collected from technical and non-technical documentation of application
Ensuring testing is carried out in a timely, repeatable and effective manner
Data preparation for running tests
Running tests and analyzing the results
Participates in project work group meetings (internal/external peer reviews, walk through, status meetings, scrums etc.)
Defect logging and reporting
Creating automated tests
Running automated tests and analyzing results
Maintenance of existing automated tests

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Experience with Selenium, TestNG - advanced
Experience with Java or other OOP language – advanced
Experience with
Defect logging tool
Continuous integration tool
Any other testing tool
Manual testing techniques – basic
Understanding of BPMN diagrams – basic
Ability to query database (SQL) – basic
Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
Understanding of web technology
Diagnosing error logs
Experience with Windows and Linux environments
English – advanced (both written and verbal)
