Mi-C3 is in the market for an experienced Project Manager / Co ordinator / Scrum Master who will be responsible for the continuous improvement of its project delivery methods, organizing regular scrum meetings to ensure that the team is up to speed and projects are progressing according to approved schedules. This position is based in Lahore - Pakistan on a full time basis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Liaising with other Scrum Masters in the company and run Scrum of Scrums to coordinate actions
Motivating and guiding the Scrum team to achieve self-organization
Building a trusted and safe environment where problems can be easily raised with an emphasis on continuous improvement and problem solving
Coordinating a diverse team of in-house developers in the design and delivery of projects
Applying Agile software development methodologies to deliver robust, well tested solutions
Developing effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and onshore teams.
Planning and ensuring the successful execution of development and reporting on project progress
Ensuring projects are delivered on time
Ensure the team has everything it needs to do its job and remove any obstacles.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Scrum experience is a must
Strong background in software development lifecycle
Strong Project Management / Scrum Master experience
Experience with Gitlab/Jira is a must.
Experience with Github is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be able to lead as well as be willing to lead by example to get the job done
A strong team player, collaborates with others within and across teams
