Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and achieve the sales volume/revenue targets as defined in the Business Plan for the sales channel and monitor the Sales budget to ensure the optimum allocation of resources to different businesses of the Company.
•Coordinate with the Marketing Department to ensure marketing tools are provided to the trade to increase brand visibility to achieve business objectives.
•Train, develop, and motivate the sales force to keep the performance level high.
• Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and availability of Miandad Fabrics products in the market and look for new opportunities in order to generate more business.
•Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure timely deliveries.
•Coordinate the execution of marketing & promotional activities in the market place to derive maximum benefits.
Key Requirements:
•Proven working experience of a minimum of 7 years (4 years as RSM) from the Clothing Brand or Apparel Industry.
