Requirements:

Proficient, articulate with well accented
Confident in handling the end customers for an automobile company
English pronunciation along with the basic requirements for good diction, Grammar and Sentence structures
Confident and clear telephone manners
Typing and data entry skills in excess of 20 words a minute
Primary knowledge of using computers and the internet research is mandatory.
Spellings, accuracy and attention to detail, Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
Punctuality and being on time is requisite
