Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, validate, define and maintain functional and non-functional requirements by working closely with different stakeholders, ranging from customers and market experts to software engineers, QA personnel, and customer support specialists
  • Examine problems, assess alternative solutions and continuously reconcile requirements with evolving business environment and emerging technical limitations
  • Produce and maintain conceptual models (business, functional and/or data) and provide product expert knowledge during all phases of product delivery
  • Able to generate technical documentation of system & processes of the system
  • Understanding of different databases (oracle, Microsoft technologies, open-source technologies)

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Customer-oriented, focusing on delivering true customer value while pursuing operational excellence
  • Ability to perform requirement analysis & gap analysis of existing database/systems
  • Ability to conduct demos, presentations and trainings
  • Ability to identify business/system needs and recommend solutions to satisfy financial sector’s needs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and driving numerous discussions and meetings with all stakeholders
  • Demonstrated evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes and system flows
  • Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view and maintain grounded and productive discussions
  • Ability to deliver and meet deadlines while interacting with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills (good listener, ability to communicate with business and technical people) and initiative, excellent communication skills, critical thinking
  • Technically savvy in MS office tools like MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good command of English and Sindhi Language.

  Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in IT System Analysis & Management
  • Strong technical business analysis background
  • Experience in technology development and integration is required
  • An ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in experience in Educational & Public Health related IT Projects
