Overview
- To oversee Financial Reporting to regulators including SECP,
- PSX, SBP & Taxation
- Compliance with Taxation including Income Tax & Sales Tax
Key Role & Responsibilities
- Financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Liaison with auditors for half-yearly and annual audits and
- compliance with BOD meetings
- Risk reporting related to Exchange fluctuations and business risk
- analysis and PSX briefings.
- Income tax compliance and follow-up of litigations with Income tax authorities
- Sales Tax compliance and follow-up of sales tax related litigations
- Follow-up of any litigation with FBR
- Assist CFO in overseeing the overall Finance Department

Qualifications
Chartered Accountant
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience of related role in industry
- Profession. (E)
- Experience/ article ship of big 5 audit firms. (D)(PWC, EY,
- KPMG, DT, GT)

- Demonstrable experience of analytical & problem solving (E)
- Proactive behavior (D)
