1-Job Description:

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive, with full cycle recruiting experience, to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings. The goal is to attract top talent from our candidates’ pool, gain competitive advantage and Fuel Company’s growth. 

2-Qualification:

  • MBA in HR/business Administration.
  • The candidate should have creative sourcing capabilities, exceptional people skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience.
  • Proficient ability with MS Word and MS Excel.

3-Job Responsibilities:                                                     

  • Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and system
  • Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
  • Represent company in recruitment events such as job fairs, on campus recruitment sessions, company orientation sessions etc.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)

Millennium Group is one of the leading corporations in the plastic industry of Pakistan. The group comprised of 4 units situated all over Pakistan. Since 1978 when the foundation stone was laid by Hajji Mahmood Sadiq (Late), the group has never looked back and followed the path of continuous growth. In 1983, the first manufacturing plant by the group was installed at Hub Industrial Area 50 KMs from the commercial metropolis of Pakistan, Karachi. The plant boasted itself as one of the most optimized and innovative plastic woven bags manufacturing unit in Pakistan and it is still maintaining that edge to this day. Since 1983, the group has made huge investments in different economic sectors of Pakistan helping the country through turbulent times. The list includes Textile, garments, leather, household items and other varieties of plastic products in Pakistan. However, the company has always focused on manufacturing of plastic as its main business over the years and has been quite successful. In the early 2000s, the company went through a major overhauling when its name was to Millennium Industries. At this juncture, the board took many important decisions and completely revamped the orientation of the business to meet the requirements of its customers. In 2001, the Millennium Industries Unit-I was reinitiated near Ferozpur Road, Lahore. The journey started here to regain the lost glory of the group achieved by its founding members including Sheikh Saadat Mahmood (late) in 1990. Now, the two units are fully operation whereas the works on the other units are currently being carried out. Presently, Unit-I is producing PP Straps and launching PP rope in a very near future. Unit-II, located at Hub Industrial Area is being used to manufacture PP woven bags, PE tarpaulins and HDPE liners
