We at Millionaire Business Solutions (Real Estate Marketing Firm) are looking for enthusiastic, goal oriented Sales Officer to ensure Direct Sales and to contribute in generating more sales for our company.

You will be responsible for closing sales deals over telephone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about new products or services using scripts.
Answer queries from customer about product or company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Generate new prospects and leads.
Enter and update customer’s information into database.
Take and process order in accurate manner.
Go to “Extra Mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales as well.
Keep record of calls and sales and note useful information.
Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
Meet personal/team sales targets.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service roles.

· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over phone.

· Ability to learn about product/services and explaining it to customer satisfaction.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
