We at Millionaire Business Solutions are looking for an experienced telemarketing representative who has a passion and an innate talent for sales. Feel free to apply if you fulfill the following:

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about new products or services.
Answer queries from customer about product or company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Generate new prospects and leads.
Research required information using available resources
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Enter new customer information into system
Update existing customer information
Process orders, forms and applications
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Complete call logs
Produce call reports

Requirements:

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service roles.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over phone.
Ability to learn about product/services and explaining it to customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
