Mind Aqua is looking for Homebased Call Center Agents. The job duties and responsibilities include:

Handling customers’ queries via phone calls, emails and live chats, responding to the customer’s queries within the given time frame.
Creating enthusiastic customer base by selling our products, services and solutions.
Deal with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
Should have excellent interpersonal, communication and correspondence skills.
Should be fluent in written & spoken English.
American accent will be preffered.
