Responsibilities:

Advertising on social media and social media groups (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram)
Scheduling classes on Zoom Sessions
Sending Invoices
Generating business leads
Handle and resolve client queries
Train other client service staff
Develop strategies for improving client services
Maintain business relationship with a business client

Requirements:

High-speed internet and work station
Skills in interacting with candidates on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Update customer databases, including contact details, billing information on Google Spreadsheet
Meet weekly, monthly and annual goals for reach out to customer on Linked In and Facebook
Able to have some Photoshop Skills

Working Hours:

Able to work 8 hours starting from 11 pm (Pakistan standard time)
