We are providing customer services to UK Based Shipping / Logistics Company.

Due to continued growth we’re hiring enthusiastic customer service representative to manage customer’s shipments.
Calling customers in the UK and getting all the relevant information / documents for their Import / Export shipments.
Ensuring all the information gathered is entered into the portal.
Following up on customer’s shipments and mange day to day operational activities.
Ensuring highest level of customer service is provided at all times.

Requirements:

Candidates should have sound knowledge of using a computer, internet and also Microsoft Excel & Word.
Candidates with a proactive approach, good communication, and English language skills are preferred (verbal and written)
On the job paid training will be provided by the company, Fresh Candidates who recently finished studies can also apply and will be preferred.
Ability to work within a team.
