• Assist in hiring of resources according to the approved headcount
  • Conducting interviews and screening process.
  • Undertake the coordination of trainings for the department & ensure that the staff development needs are met through external and internal trainings
  • Assist in conduct training need assessment to analyze, Identify & suggest appropriate trainings to fill performance gaps and meet future business needs.
  • Based on TNA, design & develop yearly training forecast and prepare training calendar to facilitate Learning across the branch network.
  • Assist in the design and development of training programs (Internal & External) aligned with business objectives and staff needs:
  • Set training objectives
  • Managing & maintaining the training material / content / handouts
  • Conduct pre-training assessments
  • Monitor training proceedings and ensure programs are achieving the expected results
  • Maintaining the Intern Head Count as per the Business Plan
  • Managing the hiring, onboarding of interns at branch level.
  • Assist in Processing the Intern Payroll.
  • Dealing with the HR related matters of branch staff and ensure their resolution.
  • Area & Regional Managers visit plans & record keeping of monthly meeting minutes with follow up.
  • Any other task/ responsibility handed over by Line Manager.

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is Pakistan's largest digital bank with over 20 million registered and 8 million active digital wallets.
