Responsibility to ensure that the Bank renders compliance with all relevant corporate laws.
Responsible for assisting Company Secretary in conducting meetings of the Board, its Committees and general meetings of the Bank.
Responsibility for providing support to Bank for legal matters in general and advise the directors on their duties and to ensure compliance with corporate laws and Memorandum of Articles and Association of the Bank.
Assisting in carrying out statutory and administrative responsibilities of the office of the Company Secretary including filing of required returns, forms and reports in SECP, SBP, CDC etc.
Assisting in preparation, compilation, safe keeping of working papers, minutes and other record for meetings of the Board, its Committees and general meetings of the Bank.
Coordinate/following up with SECP, SBP, CDC, Company’s auditors, bankers and legal advisors in various corporate and legal matters.
Providing assistance in ensuring compliance with the provisions of Companies Act 2017, Microfinance Instruction Ordinance 2001, Prudential Regulations for MFBs and other applicable laws, rules & regulations.
General correspondence with group companies, regulatory authorities and internal departments.
Responsibility of ensuring timely regulatory reporting of the Company Secretary office with SECP, CDC and SBP.
Maintenance of Statutory books including Register of members, register of Shares Transfer, register of Mortgages, register of Directors/Officers, register of Director’s Shareholdings etc.
Handling the matter relating to Prudential Regulations, instructions and orders issued by State Bank of Pakistan from time to time.

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is Pakistan's largest digital bank with over 20 million registered and 8 million active digital wallets.
