- Ensure All Buildings of MMBL are equipped with necessary Security and safety equipment, prepare plan for implementation of adequate measures wherever necessary.
- Maintain & Develop a deployment plan of security guards at Head office and Branches as per requirement.
- Assessing the nature of business activities and Business Continuity Plan (BCP), coordinate with risk & business operations departments for smooth operation, Prepare Emergency evacuation plan of associated buildings and resources of Bank.
- Maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the organization through awareness updates, Coordinate training programs for employees in coordination with Security & safety Company/ Consultant, includes but not limited to deal with potential hazards, such as accidental exposure to high amounts of radio frequency energy and electrical faults.
- Coordinate with Security Agencies, Law enforcement agencies, Local Administration authorities for implantation of State Directives related to Safety and security.
- Implementation of safety-management policies that identify and define the safety responsibilities of all relevant stakeholders.
- Nationwide Security Management, Develop a deployment plan of security guards at Head office and Branches as per requirement.
- Analyses data on internal and external developments on matters affecting the security of the bank.
- Ensure deployment of security staff according to approved headcount.
- Any other task assigned by Management.

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is Pakistan's largest digital bank with over 20 million registered and 8 million active digital wallets.
